Educational Qualifications

Graduation from a reputed UGC-approved university with satisfactory academic track record.

Other Requirements:

Certifications in Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
Strong experience in managing enterprise systems, especially in Windows environments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions, enterprise security solutions, Cisco technologies, and banking applications.
Excellent listening and feedback skills.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and reliable with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Strong negotiation and customer-centric skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

Manager, Enterprise System Administration Responsibilities

Administer Windows systems and applications such as Active Directory (AD), Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, and Office 365 (O365).
Oversee the installation, configuration, and deployment of critical banking and business applications, including IB, mRemit, CPlus, eRapid, E2E, dChecker, and 3DSec.
Manage file server access and handle ad-hoc organogram mapping.
Utilize monitoring tools (OP Manager) to ensure 24×7 availability and health status of IT systems.
Address critical, high, and medium-level vulnerabilities related to Windows OS and hosted applications.
Handle service requests for Windows infrastructure and applications through SCSM.
Administer SCVMM and the Hyper-V virtualization platform.
Regularly apply OS patches and upgrades, update administrative tools, and configure or add new services as required.
Manage and administer the Microsoft IM app (Skype for Business).
Support audit and regulatory recommendations, assist in addressing observations related to server and applications, and prepare related documentation and work instructions.
Provide project support with IS checklists and user acceptance testing (UAT).
