- Take the appropriate actions to support the recently chosen block and land.
- During collecting and seed distribution, take the necessary steps to ensure that the quality of the various classes of potato, maize, and wheat seeds is controlled.
- Lead employees to ensure high-quality seed production of various seed classes, such as wheat, maize, and potatoes.
- oversee and keep an eye on the development of various varieties of potato, maize, and wheat seeds as well as related tasks.
- Develop the technical skills of the staff by offering opportunities for hands-on learning and periodic counselling to enhance the subordinate’s capacity.
- Follow the correct procedures for GOT installation of maize and potato seeds.
- Prepare the two-night report by visiting the cold storage facility in a different location.
- Talk to your supervisor about the requirements of the program and turn in various reports and other pertinent documentation on time.
